REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At BLOCK, each product is produced after an order is placed using garments held in stock. We take pride in carefully preparing every order and inspecting each item before shipment.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unworn and unwashed

• be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use

• be in its original condition

• include proof of purchase

• be approved by BLOCK before being returned

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers may return items using BoxNow or another courier service of their choice.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

• worn or washed items

• items with signs of use, stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer

• gift cards

• items returned after the 14-day return period

SIZE SELECTION

We encourage customers to carefully review our size guides before placing an order.

If a customer orders the wrong size, the item may still be returned provided it meets all return eligibility requirements. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number

• photographs showing the issue

• a brief description of the problem

If the claim is approved, BLOCK will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
